Do you ship outside the United States?

Not yet. Grail ships the 50 states and Puerto Rico. We don't do international on graded cards or vintage hardware.

Are the Pokémon cards authentic?

Yes. Every TCG listing is checked in hand — weight, holo pattern, print, font. We don't sell proxies, reprints sold as original, or 'vintage style' bootlegs. If we get it wrong, you get a refund and return shipping.

How fast do you ship?

Same or next business day out of the US warehouse. Standard is 4–7 business days (USPS). Express is 2–3 (UPS). Free standard over $150.

Do you buy collections?

Yes. Pokémon TCG (raw, slabbed, sealed), vintage consoles, and complete games. Use Sell to Grail — we quote on the spot, then email a prepaid USPS/UPS label and a packing slip. You don't pay postage. We don't ghost binders.

How does the prepaid label work?

Accept the offer and we issue a prepaid, insured label to Grail Receiving in Austin, TX. You need a seller account (Google, X, or email) so the label and payout stay on your desk — reprint anytime. Print it, tape it to the outside of the box, put the packing slip inside, and drop at any USPS (cards/games) or UPS (consoles).

What's your return policy?

14 days on hardware if it arrives dead. Cards: 48 hours to open a case if authenticity is in question. Opened wax is final sale.

What payment do you take?

Card, PayPal, and Zelle. High-value slabs may require signature on delivery.
